Chopin’s Warsaw

Chopin’s Warsaw

Yes, it may come as a surprise to many, but the poet of the piano, Fryderyk Chopin, was born in Poland. He spent the first twenty years of his life in Warsaw, days filled with dreams, passions, and love. Then the whirlwinds of history brought him to Paris, where he met his end. The exquisite fragility and internal conflict, despair, and hope were all channeled into Chopin’s music. We will visit the sites which still today whisper the stories from his life. After this walk, I hope, you will discover new meanings of Chopin’s work and his music will become a personal letter from the past.
